What to Do if Your Tri City Debit Card is Lost or Stolen

A lost or stolen debit card is a heart-pounding event — you might be frantically searching, retracing your steps, or calling businesses you may have visited. If you do lose your card or if your card is stolen, there are a few important steps to remember.

Immediately report

It’s critical that you report a lost or stolen card as soon as it happens. You can report a lost or stolen Tri City debit card by calling 800.236.2442. Early notification could help prevent the fraudster from completing transactions with your card.

(To report issues with your Tri City credit card, please call 800.558.3424.)

Continue monitoring

To help protect your account from fraud, Tri City monitors your debit card for suspicious activity 24/7. However, it’s still important to monitor transactions through digital banking. Notify Tri City if you notice any suspicious activity.

Order a new card

The Tri City team can help you order a new card. Simply contact the Tri City Customer Service Center at 414.874.2489, from Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 2:00 pm or Saturday 8:30 am – 2:00 pm. You can also contact any of our branches to start the process.

Once your new card arrives, use this checklist to determine which recurring payments you may need to update with your new card details. This could be your monthly phone payment, streaming services, gym membership, and more.
