Simply put, overdraft transfers are a link between your Tri City checking account and your Tri City savings account. If your checking account becomes overdrawn — dropping below a zero balance — and your savings account has sufficient available funds to cover the difference, the amount of the overdraft will automatically be transferred from your savings into your checking account. There is a $10 fee per transfer.
