Effective June 14, your signature-based debit card transaction limit will be increasing. Your daily limit for signature-based transactions will increase to $5,000, per 24 hrs (midnight to midnight.) No action is required on your part. Enjoy greater spending flexibility and convenience when making purchases.

FRAUD PROTECTION

To help protect your account from fraud, Tri City National Bank monitors your debit card for suspicious activity 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If suspicious activity is identified on your card, you will be contacted by telephone to verify if the transaction is fraudulent or not. A temporary block will be placed on your card if we are unable to reach you. If the transaction is verified as fraudulent, your card will be closed immediately.

How long does it take to receive my debit card after I apply?

Generally, you will receive your debit card within two weeks after your application has been processed.

How much money can I get when using my PIN (ATM or POS)?²

  • ATM: $500 per 24-hour period (12:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.)
  • Point of sale (POS): $1,250 per 24-hour period (12:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.)

You are also limited to 10 PIN-based transactions per 24-hour period

How much money can I get when using my signature (POS)?²

$3,500 per 24-hour period (12:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.)

How are debit card purchases debited from my account?

At the time of purchase, the amount will be immediately deducted from your checking account available balance.
