How to sign up for eStatements

Signing up for electronic statements or “eStatements” for your Tri City account is quick and easy to do. Even better, choosing to receive eStatements helps protect your account from fraudulent activity.

Follow these steps to sign up.

Step 1: 

Login to your online banking. If you are not yet enrolled, you may do so here.

Step 2: 

Click on “Documents” (see below)

Step 3:

Click “Change your document delivery method” (see below)

Step 4:

Where available, change the "Delivery Method" to "Online" (see below)

Step 5: 

Read and agree to the Online Documents Agreement and then hit Submit. You will be able to access and print up to 7 years’ worth of past statements.
